1. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

Customers may request cancellation of an order by contacting our Customer Support Team as soon as possible after placing the order.

An order cancellation request must be submitted before the order is dispatched or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to our shipping or logistics partner, cancellation may no longer be possible.

In such cases, the customer may be required to accept the delivery and initiate a return request in accordance with our applicable Return Policy.

3. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH

If your cancellation request is received and approved before the order is dispatched, the order will be cancelled.

If payment has already been received, the eligible refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds will generally be processed within 15 to 20 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.

The time required for the refund to reflect in your bank account, card, UPI account, or other payment account may vary depending on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or financial institution.

4. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

If cancellation is not possible after dispatch, the customer may receive the order and request a return, if the product is eligible for return under our Return Policy.

Any refund resulting from an approved return will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

5. CANCELLATION BY NEXTEDGE SHOP

We reserve the right to cancel an order, fully or partially, in circumstances including:

• Product unavailability.
• Incorrect product information.
• Incorrect pricing due to a technical or system error.
• Payment failure or payment verification issues.
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Delivery restrictions.

If we cancel an order for which payment has already been received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the applicable original payment method.

6. DUPLICATE ORDERS
